Kulin DHS are selling raffle tickets to WIN tickets to the Kulin Bush Races! Proceeds will go towards funding the Kulin DHS belongingness camp. Raffle tickets are $10 each and total tickets sold will be limited to 1000.

What's Included?

Event tickets include entry to the Kulin Bush Races, camping and amenities on Friday and Saturday, entertainment throughout the weekend including live music, kids' entertainment, fireworks and more. Ticket holders will have access to food outlets and bar facilities on Friday, Saturday and Sunday morning. It is advisable to print your ticket before venturing to the event. 

Please note: Only Telstra phones will function at Kulin Bush Races.

important - Help stop the spread of Foot & mouth Disease

Foot-and-mouth disease (FMD) is a serious and highly contagious animal disease that affects all cloven-hoofed animals including sheep, cattle, goats and pigs. 

In May 2022, an outbreak of FMD was reported in Indonesia and has spread to Bali. An incursion of the virus into our country would have severe consequences for Australia's animal health and trade. 

Increased border security and measures have been put in place for passengers and goods arriving in Australia to prevent the introduction of this disease. Despite this, we would like to urge anyone who is planning to travel from Indonesia, including Bali, within two weeks of the Kulin Bush Races to not attend our event. The introduction of FMD to the Kulin Bush Races would be catastrophic to the Lucchesi family, Kulin community and beyond.

Camping from Wednesday to Saturday

Gates are open Wednesday to Saturday from 9am to 9pm. Gates will be closed outside of these times. Camping on Friday and Saturday is free with a valid event ticket.

A camping fee of $50 per vehicle, per night applies to camping on Wednesday and Thursday payable by cash at the gate.

There is strictly no camping on Sunday night after the event.

No Gate Sales

There are no gate sales at the Kulin Bush Races. All tickets must be purchased online prior to the event.

No dogs allowed

Dogs or any other pets are not allowed at the Kulin Bush Races event, which includes the camping area.

Refunds & Waitlist - Tixel

There will be NO REFUNDS available directly through Kulin Bush Races. However, if people are unable to attend, tickets can be resold with Tixel via our official Kulin Bush Races event page listed below. Tixel is a safe and reliable event marketplace platform.

The 2023 waitlist is being handled by Tixel. People who missed out on tickets in the public sale can go to our Tixel event page listed below and sign up to our waitlist. You will automatically be notified when tickets are listed for sale.

Tixel charges a 5.9% fee to sellers and 8.9% fee to buyers.

Refunds will be issued less processing fees of 2.5% + 0.50c per ticket in the situation where the event is cancelled due to unforeseen or exceptional circumstances.
