Conditions of Entry to Kulin Bush Races Inc.

Kulin Bush races Inc. wishes you a safe and enjoyable weekend. Patrons at Kulin Bush Races should follow signage and maps as set out in the Race Book or advice on the Public Address system throughout the weekend. Kulin Bush Races is a family friendly event. Patrons should behave respectfully; anti-social and unruly behaviour will not be tolerated.

  • PROOF OF IDENTIFICATION MUST BE PROVIDED ON REQUEST
  • PERSONS ENTER AND REMAIN AT OWN RISK TO SELVES AND PROPERTY; THOSE IN BREACH OF A CONDITON OR LAW MAY BE REMOVED AND CHARGED BY POLICE WITH RELEVANT OFFENCES

Tickets

Tickets purchased for Kulin Bush Races event are non-refundable, except in the situation where the event is cancelled due to unforeseen or exceptional circumstances.

Kulin Bush Races is a public event. By purchasing your ticket, you agree that images of people and the event may be used for advertising or promotion of Kulin Bush Races.

Event Information provided on the KBR website is correct as at ……………….date.   Every effort is made to keep the information up to date; however KBR reserves the right to make alterations to the event at their discretion.

Consumption of Liquor

The consumption of liquor in licensed premises at Kulin Bush Races event is determined by a liquor permit, authorised by the Director of Liquor Licensing. Conditions determined in the liquor permit will be enforced at the Kulin Bush Races event. Proof of identification must be provided on request. A current Australian Driver’s Licence, current passport or West Australian Proof of ID card are acceptable for proof of ID.
